The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire compliance framework of the organization, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior compliance role
• End-to-end process management in data privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Strong expertise in creating, standardizing, and managing compliance policies and procedures
• Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives from inception through execution
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, data privacy laws, and Philippine regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in managing and resolving data violations, compliance breaches, and cybersecurity risks
• Strong understanding of environmental permits and compliance within the Philippine context
