The Workspace Solutions Manager at KMC is responsible for driving sales conversion through client requirement probing, solutions creation, leading workplace design workshops, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any design and build related field
• Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record in solutions creation, negotiations, and deal closures (typically 5+ years of relevant experience)
• Expertise in lead generation, qualification techniques, and strategic client engagement
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including active listening, clear feedback delivery, and proficiency in presenting and representing the company
