Contractor, Booking Fulfilment (4 months' contract)

Klook is seeking a Contractor, Booking Fulfilment for a 4-month contract. The successful candidate will handle manual bookings, booking-related queries and cases, and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and merchants. They will also liaise with internal departments and external merchants to fulfill booking amendments and refunds.

Requirements

• Proficient in both Chinese Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)
• Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage
• Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively find solutions for booking-related issues
• Written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly
