Procurement data for the tender with the customer aligns
Classify part families (product families) based on drawings and bills of materials
Research, identify, and qualify new suppliers according to customer requirements and/or drawings
Create tender files with the required criteria for a request
Follow and evaluate bids
Active communication with international suppliers
Contribute to the further development of our sourcing processes as well as the updating and expansion of our supplier database
Evaluate, acquire, and integrate potential suppliers
Successful technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, turning mechanic, mechatronics engineer, product designer for mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technician, or comparable practical training)
At least 5 years of professional experience in the technical field, experience in purchasing is an advantage
Convincing personality paired with a high service mentality and high customer orientation
Performance willingness, communication and team ability, and implementation strength
Developed analytical skills and good technical understanding
Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking, further foreign languages are an advantage
Fundamental knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable
Hands-on mentality
