As a customer service representative, you will assist passengers on the phone with their questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and special requests. You will also have the opportunity to work irregular shifts, including weekends, and may be required to work from home at least two days a week.
Requirements
- At least a HAVO or MBO 4 diploma
- Experience working in a call center or customer service
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Understanding of complex and technical computer systems
- Affinity with KLM and international outlook
- Willingness to work irregular shifts and weekends
