Klinedinst PC seeks an enthusiastic and focused attorney with at least 4 years of experience in complex litigation, with business, employment, general liability and/or professional liability experience a plus.

Requirements

• Attorney with at least 4 years of experience in complex litigation
• Active member of the State Bar of Nevada
• Resident of Nevada
• Ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues
• Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial
