Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

We're looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to join the team leading our 3rd shift crew in Strasburg, OH. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading production employees to safely manufacture customer products that meet quality standards, customer expectations, and KTP policies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments
• Excellent computer skills — proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and manufacturing software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and resolve complex operational issues
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
