Requirements

• 5+ years in people operations, HR, or employee experience
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and multi-country HR operations
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
• Emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness
• Comfortable working across geographies, cultures, and time zones in remote and hybrid environments
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
