Instructional Assistant

KIPP SoCal Public Schools is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support a kindergarten class. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or two years of schooling towards a Bachelor's degree, a relentless determination to help students succeed, and a passion for KIPP SoCal's mission and culture. The role will involve assisting with planning and executing small group instruction, implementing classroom systems and routines, and participating in professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or completion of two years of schooling towards a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
• Relentless determination to do whatever it takes to help our students succeed
