Assistant School Leader of Operations

KIPP SoCal Public Schools is seeking an Assistant School Leader of Operations to lead non-instructional functions of a school, manage operations team, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The role requires a systems thinker with strong organizational skills, ability to manage complex projects, and build lasting relationships with students, staff, and families.

Requirements

• Experience managing charter school operations (Preferred, but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipating future outcomes and events
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities and work autonomously
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a collaborative environment
