Requirements
- Completed technical education with additional commercial training or completed commercial education
- Professional experience in a comparable position (dispatching service technicians) is an advantage
- Communicative personality with pleasure in customer contact
- Confident in German
- Very good French knowledge is a must, fluent oral communication
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Team skills, resilience, organizational talent
- Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and independent work style
