Backend Software Engineer

KingMakers is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their iGaming domain (Virtuals Squad). This role focuses on building scalable backend solutions, contributing to system architecture, and innovating within a high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and maintaining robust systems while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. They'll be involved in defining the technical roadmaps for the product.

Requirements

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on design, approaches, and code reviews.
• Write optimized, secure code with strong focus on testing and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS), and message queuing/event streaming systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
