General Manager (Sales Marketing Product) FMCG Nutrition Supplement Healthcare

We are seeking a General Manager (Sales, Marketing, Product) to lead sales, branding, marketing, and product development initiatives in the Hong Kong market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the nutrition, supplements, OTC, retail, or FMCG industries.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a high-impact sales and marketing strategy
• Oversee daily operations of sales, marketing, and product development teams
• Lead branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market position
• Drive product development efforts
• Establish and maintain policies, governance, and documentation to ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the CEO, finance, operations, and e-commerce teams
• Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory updates
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 professionals
• Act as the lead point of contact for sales and marketing matters during audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory interactions
