Senior State Manager, Home Insurance

Kin is seeking a Senior Insurance Product Manager to join their growing team, revolutionizing the home insurance industry with smart pricing, bundled offerings, and a focus on customer experience. Requirements

• 8-10 years of insurance experience
• 5+ years of specific insurance product line experience (home and auto preferred)
• Underwriting and loss mitigation experience in high-convective areas
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, pricing, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Strong managerial skills with demonstrated success in developing, leading, and overseeing state P&Ls
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to ethical standards and quality data handling
