Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
• Experience in a call center/high incoming call volume environment
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
• Home insurance experience highly preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with limited structure
• Proficient in Google suite or similar tools
• Availability to work mandatory 10 week training period
