Job Description
Kimley-Horn is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager/Practice Builder to lead the Environmental Services team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves building a team, driving business development, managing client relationships, and contributing to firmwide success. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Environmental Science, etc.)
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing environmental tasks/projects
- Relevant professional certifications (AICP, PWS, CPESC, etc.) are desirable
- Client contacts and relationships with local, regional, or state agencies
- Business development skills
- Experience with NEPA process in transportation projects
- Experience with natural resources assessments
- Experience with environmental permitting rules
- Experience with GIS (ArcGIS/CAD)
- Experience writing proposals, scopes of work and budgets
- Ability to manage & mentor staff
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Proven ability to win work
