Job Description
Kimley-Horn is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Specialist to join their firmwide HR team in Warrenville, IL. This role involves researching, monitoring HR regulations, conducting audits, and managing compliance throughout the employee lifecycle, including training, policy implementation, and reporting to external agencies. Requirements
- Research, monitor federal, state, and local laws related to employment and labor issues.
- Prepare and submit EEO, Veterans, and other regulatory reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of employment disclosures and notices.
- Manage vendor relationships for workplace anti-harassment, background checks, and compliance software.
- Maintain Employee Handbook by publishing updates and revisions.
- Partner with HR Operations team to ensure compliance.
