Workforce Consultant

Workforce Consultant will play a critical role in advancing Kimberly-Clark's OD&E capabilities across the enterprise. The role supports the design, implementation, and communication of programs that strengthen workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness. The Workforce Consultant will apply advanced knowledge of OD&E principles, frameworks, and analytical methods to solve complex organizational challenges, and collaborate globally to deliver solutions that enable transformation and improve organizational performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required
• 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Workforce Strategy, Org Design or Organizational Effectiveness within a global, matrixed organization
• Advanced English level
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time
• Ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple related projects to achieve strategic objectives
• Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights
• Ability to build trust and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership
