Requirements

Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (or similar) would be advantageous, demonstrating strong technical capability in testing and compliance.
Experience in quality assessment within production environments, with sound knowledge of compliance and auditing.
Around 3+ years of industry experience to confidently manage lab operations and support continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills for training crews, liaising with suppliers, and reporting results clearly.
Effective problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and implement corrective actions.
High attention to detail and organisational ability to maintain accurate records and ensure lab standards are met.
