Job Description
The Fermentation Operator will produce alcohol that meets product specifications by operating the Fermentation plant units in conjunction with the Distillation Operator. The role involves monitoring performance, making adjustments, and ensuring quality and quantity of alcohol produced.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
- Advanced Level Certificate in Mathematics or Science
- 1–2 years of experience working in a fermentation or manufacturing environment
