The Sales and Closing Administrator supports the homebuilding sales team by managing the contract-to-close process. This role involves preparing sales contracts, coordinating with internal departments, and serving as the main point of contact for buyers throughout the closing process. Responsibilities include data entry, scheduling, and assisting with homeowner communication.

Requirements

• Prepare and process home purchase agreements.
• Track sales pipeline and monitor key milestones.
• Communicate with homebuyers, sales agents, title companies, lenders, and construction teams.
• Schedule closing dates, walkthroughs, and orientation appointments.
• Ensure accurate data entry and document management.
• Verify financing, insurance, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate final closing packages with title/escrow agents.
• Generate regular status updates and reporting.
