Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Airframe and Powerplant Specialist position for a military aircraft as a Contract Field Team Technician. The role involves performing maintenance on aircraft, operating shop tools, documenting maintenance, and maintaining inventory. The position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline preferred
- Current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required
- 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- Broad working knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance
- US citizenship
- Security clearance may be required
- Minimum favorable Tier 1 personnel security investigation IAW DoD Instruction 5200.46
