We are seeking an Associate Director, People to join our team at KICKS CREW. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and talent development, overseeing recruitment strategies, implementing employee engagement programs, and developing performance review systems.

Requirements

• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development
• Guide the leadership team in the development and implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all locations
• Implement employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms
• Develop and manage performance review systems
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters
• Create and oversee training and development programs
• Establish leadership development initiatives
• Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Streamline People Operations processes and systems
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
