Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Director, Growth to lead our growth marketing efforts, manage a team, and drive experimentation and innovation.
Requirements
- 7-10 years experience working in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing/CRM, or growth analytics
- T-shaped marketer with deep understanding of all facets of growth marketing and deep expertise in certain areas
- Previous experience setting the vision and strategy for the marketing organization and managing large paid marketing budgets
- Deep understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing, attribution, and data-driven customer journey analysis
