Job Description
Kharon is seeking a full-time Data Engineer based in London. The role requires in-office attendance at least 4 days per week, with additional flexibility awarded after complete onboarding. The successful candidate will excel in designing, evaluating, and executing on solutions to open-ended problems through superior analytical skills, resourcefulness, and tenacity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer or data engineer
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in related fields
- Experience in Python, Pandas, PySpark, and Notebooks
- SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
- Experience with data pipeline technologies like AWS Glue, Airflow, Kafka, or other cloud-based equivalence
- Experience with ETL and data warehousing like Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent
- Container-based deployment experience using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
