Job Description
khadi Ayurveda Beauty is seeking a Webshop Manager to oversee the German main webshop, ensuring optimal customer experience and driving sales. The role involves operational and strategic management, content management, technical support, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in webshop platforms and a passion for Ayurvedic beauty.
Requirements
- Completed study or supplementary qualification in e-commerce or online marketing
- At least two years of experience in e-commerce management / project management
- Knowledge of the consumer goods industry (FMCG/Beauty preferred)
- Knowledge of web analysis tools (Google-Analytics / Google Search Console)
- Technical understanding of webshop platforms and content management systems
- Excellent English skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
