Job Description
Keyrock, a leading digital asset company, is seeking a dynamic Director, Institutional Sales APAC to expand their institutional client base in the digital asset space. Reporting to the Head of Institutional Sales, this role will spearhead strategic initiatives with VCs, Asset Managers, and Private Wealth, focusing on growing revenues through OTC spot trading, financing, and derivative products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales & trading, financing, digital assets, and a proven track record in sales.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in institutional sales within financial services
- At least 2+ years in digital assets sales
- Extensive knowledge of OTC sales & trading, financing and derivatives
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with VCs, Hedge Funds and/or private wealth
- Strong institutional network in both crypto and traditional finance sectors
- Familiarity with trading concepts, market-making algorithms, and financial analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
