Job Description
Benefits-Plaza is a cloud integration platform within Keylane, active at the intersection of insurance and IT, used by intermediaries, insurers, and employers to manage employee data for employee benefits regulations. As an IT & Customer Success Specialist, you set up salary linkages, connect employers and intermediaries to our platform, and answer customer questions.
