Requirements
- Apply process engineering expertise to design innovative, long-term solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead projects focused on core business processes to improve client and employee experience, reduce expense, and increase revenue
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and implement new technologies and processes that deliver consistency and scalability
- Create and maintain documentation for process evaluations and recommendations
- Use tools such as process mapping and mining to assess capability and identify optimization opportunities; communicate findings to stakeholders to develop specifications
- Leverage technical documentation and project artifacts to deliver improved resiliency, monitoring, and high availability
- Collaborate across Next Gen Enterprise Transformation and cross-functional teams to foster openness and inclusiveness while delivering measurable results
