Requirements

• Lead and manage color development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring product quality and performance.
• Research and identify new ingredients, technologies, and trends in hair color science to drive innovation.
• Conduct thorough patent searches to assess freedom to operate and support innovation in formulation development.
• Utilize instrumental measurements and analytical techniques to characterize and validate product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development efforts with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.
• Proactively contribute to the success of department by proposing innovative ideas, solutions, and improvements.
