Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Amberleigh Apartment Homes in Fairfax, VA. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and responding to resident requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• 1 year of apartment, hotel, or facilities maintenance experience
• Intermediate knowledge of HVAC, appliance, electrical, and plumbing repair
• EPA/CFC Type I & II certifications
• Valid Driver's License
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
