Maintenance Manager

KETTLER is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all physical operations and maintain curb appeal of The Shell in Arlington, VA. The role involves leading maintenance projects, managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The position requires a proactive leader and a strong understanding of property maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Oversee and participate in all maintenance projects including capital improvements.
• Coordinate and perform repair of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors.
• Manage maintenance budgets and other administrative tasks.
• Direct all property/ground upkeep, preventive care, and maintenance service efforts.
• Maintain accurate records for all services performed.
• Coordinate all contracted services.
• Conduct Monthly & Quarterly Safety Meetings.
• Conduct Repairs for deficiencies in the property.
