Leasing Consultant - Class A Luxury Property

KETTLER is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the occupancy and retention of their Class A luxury apartment community in McLean, VA. The consultant will drive traffic, network, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include marketing, tenant relations, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience is required, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms
