Job Description
Ketch is seeking an AI Engineer to build systems for users to interrogate, explore, and act on AI-driven insights about their data. The role involves designing and scaling APIs and data pipelines to classify information and assess risk within a massive dataset. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and scaling backend systems in Python or Go
- Experience developing AI systems leveraging LLMs, agentic frameworks, and RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation methods for model performance
- Experience with observability, tracking, and feedback loops
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
