Job Description
The Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting new advisor firms as they transition into the Kestra Financial ecosystem, delivering high-touch, in-person onboarding and training experience, along with back-office operational processing. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, excels in operational accuracy, and brings strong process knowledge to help new advisors onboard efficiently and confidently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
