Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer (C# / React) - Fully Remote

Keona Health is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design and implement intelligent solutions for their healthcare platform. The role involves building scalable applications using .NET, C#, React, and Azure SQL, collaborating with AI automation tools, and supporting customer onboarding. The position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ Years experience with .NET MVC with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• 3+ years of experience with React (or a comparable modern JavaScript framework such as Angular)
• 3+ Years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL with strong knowledge of the SQL language
• 2+ years of experience with Azure cloud infrastructure
• 1+ years of experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
