Job Description
IT Concepts dba Kentro is hiring an experienced Director of Service Delivery to lead and deliver services that meet or exceed customer requirements. The Director will be responsible for managing assigned resources, conducting project analysis, and providing effective forecasts of project directives, financials, and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of government consulting experience, preferably in support of Federal Government customers
- 8+ years of experience with IT Service Delivery of large Infrastructure, Cloud, and application-based projects
- 8+ years of Program Management, including management of government contracts to cost, scope, and schedule requirements.
