Job Description
We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join our expanding team and make a difference in the lives of adult learners and the children they will teach. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong communities and experience in workforce development.
Requirements
- BA or BS Preferred
- At least two years experience in workforce development, human resources, or related field
- Ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications, suitability, readiness, and interest in positions
- Highly organized and comfortable writing and formatting professional documents
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) / Google Suite
