Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team in Stafford. The role includes managing a caseload of residential property matters, processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner, and developing professional relationships with clients and introducers.
Requirements
- Have experience of managing your own caseload.
- Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations.
- Be organised and process driven.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
- Committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
- Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
- Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
