Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to handle property litigation cases, merger requisitions, and insurance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex legal issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate
- Minimum of 3-4 years of PQE
- Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and insurance law
- Proven experience handling property litigation cases, merger requisitions, and insurance matters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
