Job Description
Kendal at Oberlin is seeking a professional Housekeeping Team Lead to provide direct service and coordinate the activities of a Housekeeping Team in our Stephens Care Center. The role involves developing and evaluating staff, conducting routine inspections, and responding to emergencies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Lead or Supervisory role
- Experience in a healthcare facility
- Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
