Activities Assistant

We are seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to enrich the daily lives of residents through engaging, purposeful programs. As an Activities Assistant, you will assist in assessing residents' skills and abilities, support the creation and execution of personalized goals and programs, and help plan and facilitate individual and group sessions.

Requirements

• Background in Health Services or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in Recreational Therapy encouraged but not required
• Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate activities for individuals and groups
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
