Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead our business in Ecuador and Peru. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities, managing operations, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed annual targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in animal science or aquaculture related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the aquaculture industry
- Strong understanding of the aquaculture business process
- Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills
- Good communication and networking skills
- Ability to understand products and services provided by the company
- Familiarity with computer software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
