Job Description
Keeper Security is seeking a motivated and experienced QA Analyst to join their KeeperChat team and ensure the quality, reliability, and security of their secure messaging applications. The role involves testing and validating features across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) with a focus on messaging workflows and collaboration with development teams. Keeper offers affordable, easy-to-use cybersecurity solutions for millions of users globally.
Requirements
- Design, document, and execute test cases for iOS and Android apps
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing
- Validate push notifications, background activity, synchronization, and real-time messaging reliability
- Test backend APIs for secure communications
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA professionals
- Manage and track test tickets in Jira, document QA activities in Confluence, and contribute to mobile automation
