Job Description
Keeper is seeking a driven Bilingual (French) Customer Success Manager to join a high-performing team within their B2B sales division. This hybrid position will focus on growing revenue within established accounts and expanding customer relationships in Ireland, leveraging Keeper's cybersecurity solutions for SMEs and Enterprises. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles
- Fluent, both verbal and written in French and English
- Strong technical knowledge in software integrations, implementation, onboarding & support
- Experience selling to Enterprise organisations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber Security Executives
- Experience working with IAM industry is a plus
