Job Description
Keene Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Head Lifeguard to maintain safe swimming conditions in the Aquatics Center. The lifeguard will be responsible for supervision of aquatic programs, emergency response, equipment maintenance, and member engagement. The role is considered shift supervisor.
Requirements
- Build meaningful relationships with members.
- Supervise aquatic programs and operations.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Maintain records.
- Perform equipment checks.
- Perform chemical testing.
- Communicate 20 hours of working schedule to Lifeguarding team.
