Senior Software Engineer

We’re opening a Senior Software Engineer position in our Growth Team, a cross-functional group focused on accelerating Product-Led Growth. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can build fast, think product-first, and thrive in an experimental environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience building and delivering large-scale, high-performance distributed systems
• Experience in growth engineering, product engineering, marketplace platforms, or PLG-focused teams is a plus
• Experience in Python and its ecosystem. Frontend skills are a strong advantage
• Comfortable with DevOps practices, cloud environments (ideally AWS), and monitoring tools, you own your code in production
• Deep understanding of performance, reliability, data integrity, and scalable system design
• Pragmatic, hypothesis-driven, and comfortable making tradeoffs to move fast while preserving technical quality
• Enjoys collaborating with non-engineering partners and incorporating customer and business context into technical decisions
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and measurable impact
