University of Keele, Greece, New Tripoli Electrochemical is seeking a Library Assistant to participate in the development of a new campus in Athens. The role focuses on library operations, research support, and providing excellent service to students. It is essential to operate the library and manage research materials, schedule services, and utilize computer systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Library Studies/Archival Studies or Science of Information.
• Extensive experience in a similar position for at least 3-5 years.
• Documentation of work experience using library management systems (Koha).
• Knowledge of classification and bibliographic descriptions standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Very good knowledge of computer usage and MS Office.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work simultaneously and handle multiple tasks.
• Satisfied military obligations (for male applicants).
