Job Description
KCAS Bio is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to manage QA departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead employees in performing quality assurance functions. The role involves maintaining a high level of professional expertise, overseeing quality management systems, and providing guidance to all departments. This is a leadership position responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Director-level experience preferred
- 10 years industry-related experience, including 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Awareness of industry trends
