Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role holder will be responsible for using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract talent, and supporting the bank's strategies to provide a digital customer onboarding experience and drive financial inclusion in Myanmar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
